Holiday return policy: Orders placed between December 1, 2023 and December 15, 2023 are eligible for return until January 15, 2024.
We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. If you received a damaged or defective item, please check out our Order Problems page.
All returns are issued store credits.

Keep the following in mind:

  • Check which items are eligible for return below
  • You will not be able to start a return until your order is in transit
  • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can’t look up your return without it
  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can’t accept your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit

HOW TO RETURN

UNITED STATES

Your UPS return label and tracking number will be provided free of charge*.

  1. Start your return in our returns portal
  2. Print your return label and packing slip
  3. Pack up your return with the packing slip inside and affix the UPS label to the package, making sure no other shipping labels are showing
  4. Drop off your return at any UPS drop off location

*50 states and DC only. If you’re returning from US territories, see US territories below.

US TERRITORIES

You are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a return tracking number.

  1. Start your return in our returns portal
  2. Print your packing slip
  3. Pack up your return with the packing slip inside
  4. Ship back your return with the carrier of your choice to the address listed below
  5. Make sure to get a return tracking number

Your Royal Mail return label and return tracking number will be provided free of charge.

  1. Start your return in our returns portal
  2. Print your return label and packing slip
  3. Pack up your return with the packing slip inside and affix the Royal Mail label to the package, making sure no other shipping labels are showing
  4. Drop off your return at any Royal Mail location

REST OF WORLD

You are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a return tracking number.

  2. Print your packing slip
  3. Pack up your return with the packing slip inside
  4. Ship back your return with the carrier of your choice to the address listed below
  5. Make sure to get a return tracking number

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear
  • Intimates, swimwear and bodysuits without their lining will not be accepted.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.
